Chance For A Change provides temporary structured housing. All stays are under a Program Participant Agreement—you are a participant, not a tenant. These accommodations do not create landlord-tenant rights.

• Failure to pay may result in immediate removal from the program and denial of service.

Chance For A Change reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate these rules without refund.

4. Room Inspections

For safety and maintenance, Chance For A Change conducts routine room inspections. Participants agree to allow access at reasonable times.

5. Liability

• Chance For A Change is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Participants assume responsibility for their actions and any damage they cause.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program stay.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made according to the program's policy at the time of enrollment.

• Refunds, if applicable, will follow the stated cancellation terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

Chance For A Change may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
