Welcome to Chance For A Change!
CHANCE for a Change is a christian based organization, founded in 2017, that believes in offering a second chance to those who believe and wants another chance at life. More specifically, CHANCE for a Change is a transitional living program for individuals who are homeless. Our program offers shared housing in private or semi private rooms, life skills courses, & career and educational assistance.

Our Program
Chance For A Change operates as a transitional housing program. Our Program provides short term,structured housing (6-24 months) with clear rules and expectatioins to encourage and promote change, independence, and life long accountability.
Upon entering the program, all residents agree to our Program agreement thus waiving their rights as tenants.
Each resident will receive clear guidance and a plan by case managers to ensure their success.

Who we serve:
Chance For A Change transitional program serves adults who are seeking short term housing with structure and accountability.
This program may be a good fit for individuals who are between housing, experiencing a life change, or seeking stability through short term housing program.
All participation is voluntary and requires agreement with the program rules and regulations.

Step 2
Application Review
Administration will call to determine eligibility.
Step 3
Acceptance
Upon acceptance, resident will sign agreement and move in.
Program expectations
All residents agree to follow the program rules and regulations. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of agreement.
Our Program provides structure to ensure resident makes the changes that they desire.
